If you have not done so already, please register your household at www.charlestonmanagement.com to get on the official Coventry of Cary email distribution list through our property management company.  This is a much more efficient way to receive communications than traditional paper mail AND it saves the HOA money on printing and postage. To register, you'll need a unique ID that can be requested through Charleston Management's Client Services Department at info@charlestonmanagement.com or 919-847-3003.

¹Annual meeting of the homeowners

When in-person meetings resume, they will be held at the following location:

Room 251, Resurrection Lutheran Church, 100 West Lochmere Drive, Cary, NC 27518 

All meetings start at 7:00 p.m.

Regular Board Meetings are generally held on the 3rd Thursday of every other month. There may be committee meetings during in-between months. Please note that dates, times and activities are subject to change.
